During the management meeting on January 7, 2016 ,The Managing Director of AMASEZERANO COMMUNITY BANKING Ltd. Froduald MUNYANKIKO encourage the staff management to keep the spirit team and hard work .
The trainings aimed to encourage small scale business people to know benefits of working with AMASEZEREANO COMMUNITY BANKING Ltd and get tips on how become a real entrepreneur.
We offered trainings using many lessons leading a person to become an entrepreneur and reach sustainable richness. We explained them how to maintain robustness of the business whether the entrepreneur is sick or healthy.
The beneficiaries of this training were clients of ACB Ltd clients and such trainings are annually profited by citizens nearby its branches in different districts.
With collaboration of MTN RWANDA and AdFinance ,AMASEZERANO COMMUNITY BANKING Ltd launch on 21/12/2017 a new service of MOBILE BANKING via Mobile Money service at Legend Hotel ,Kacyiru.

(1) Administrator (Head Office)
We are looking for a dynamic Administrator to work at the Head Office and handle all the administrative and HR tasks of our institution. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will need to have multiple skills to handle your tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Management or Human Resources is a must; having done a bachelor’s degree in law would be an advantage.
• Having minimum three (3) years work experience: knowledge of the microfinance sector in Rwanda would be an added value.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point (practically)
• Having excellent written and spoken English
• Not above 35 years old.
(2) Loan officer
We are recruiting a young and dynamic loan officer to manage our loan portfolio at our branch in Rusizi. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will need to have a clear understanding of group lending and possess proper knowledge and skills of managing a loan portfolio.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics
• A minimum of two (2) years in loan management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
• A driving license, Category A, would be an advantage
• Fluency in English or French
• Not above 35 years old.
(3) Cashier
We are recruiting a young and dynamic cashier to perform key tasks related to customer care and transactions recording at our branch in Rusizi. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will need to have a minimum understanding of accounting.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics
• A minimum of one (1) year in a working environment
• Proficiency with a core banking software
• Fluency in English or French
• Not above 35 years old.
