Finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in financial management, taxation, and administration across public and private sectors in Rwanda. Eugene specializes in financial reporting, audit, revenue management, and corporate finance, with a strong focus on compliance and performance. He has held key leadership roles including Finance and Administration Manager at BK Techouse (BK Group Plc), Director of Finance and Administration at the Road Maintenance Fund, and Audit Team Leader at the Rwanda Revenue Authority. Currently a consultant in taxation and finance, he also serves as Chairman of Rapid Support Finance. Holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kigali and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
